1.1 Google Account Information (With User Consent)

When you choose to sign in or open files using Google Drive™, we may receive the following information from Google:

• Your email address
• Your name
• Your Google account profile picture

We access only the data that you explicitly grant permission for during the Google OAuth consent process.

1.2 Google Drive™ File Information (Metadata Only)

When you open a file using our 3D Viewer, we collect basic file metadata, such as:

• File name
• File ID
• File size
• File type / extension
• Source (local upload or Google Drive™)
• Timestamps (e.g., open time)

We do NOT access or read your entire Google Drive™ — only the specific file(s) you choose to open.

1.3 Application Usage Events

We log anonymized or semi-anonymized usage information, such as:

• Which file types users open (e.g., .stl, .obj, .glb, .ply, .fbx, .3ds, .3dm, .stp, .step)
• Whether a file was opened locally or from Google Drive™

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not store or copy your 3D model files.
• We do not analyze file content beyond what is needed to render it locally.
• We do not sell or share any personal information with third parties.
• We do not access any Google Drive™ files except the ones you explicitly select.

All 3D file processing happens locally in your browser using WebGL.

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

• Enable loading and displaying 3D models
• Improve viewer performance and user experience
• Understand usage patterns (e.g., which file types are common)
• Diagnose and fix technical issues
• Send notifications if requested by users (e.g., format support updates)

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Metadata and usage logs are stored securely in our backend database.
• No 3D file contents are ever uploaded or stored on our servers.
• All communication uses HTTPS encryption.
• We follow Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Google API Services Compliance

Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, the OAuth 2.0 Limited Use Policy, and the Google Drive™ API terms. We access only the minimum data needed for the 3D Viewer to function.

6. User Control & Data Deletion

You may:

• Revoke the application's access anytime through your Google Account settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
• Request deletion of metadata associated with your email
• Contact us to remove your stored usage logs or profile information
